Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act
A new law from the Consumer Product Safety Commission requires domestic manufacturers and importers to certify that children's
products made after February 10, 2009 meet a requirement of no more than 600 parts per million (ppm) total lead and contain no more than 0.1% of certain
specific phthalates.
