SubstratesCompatible with a wide range of self supporting flexible and pressure sensitive vinyl, banner, blue back paper and backed mesh. User InformationInk ChangeoverA flushing procedure must be under taken. A fully illustrated change over procedure is available on request and must be used for all conversions. Clean UpCleaning Solution: Use Cleaning Fluid for the most effective flushing of ink lines and cleaning of jet assemblies. For cleanup of ink spills and equipment use LWS560CF Cleaning Fluid. Storage & TransitStorage and transportation of ink and cleaning solutions should be carried out between 5°- 25°C (41°- 77°F). Ink and cleaning solutions should always be kept away from heat, sparks, and flames. If stored or transported at a different temperature, the ink should be allowed to reach room temperature before calibration or printing. This may have an adverse affect on performance and will affect any warranties given by Nazdar®. Recommended shelf life of this product is 15 months from the date of manufacture when stored under preferred conditions. |
General InformationInk HandlingAll personnel mixing and handling these products must wear gloves and eye protection. Clean up spills immediately. If ink does come in contact with skin, wipe ink off with a clean, dry, absorbent cloth (do not use solvent or thinner). Wash the affected area with soap and water. Consult Nazdar® 560 Series Safety Data Sheet for further instructions and warnings (available on request). Weathering/Outdoor DurabilityNazdar® 560 Series Inks are designed for maximum outdoor resistance to color fade and chemical attack caused by the combined effects of UV degradation and environmental pollution. Each color is formulated with durable long-term outdoor pigments. When Nazdar® Nazdar® 560 Series Inks are used with proper color management, color variance of the original print density will be minimal over a period of 24 months for vertical outdoor exposure.
