APPLICATION AND USESubstratesPaper, Paperboard, and various films. AniloxAn anilox with a volume of 6BCM should be used. ViscosityOn average 18-25 sec., #3 Zahn @ 76ºF PlatesThis ink Series is compatible with most WB Flexo plates on the market. PrintingThis ink series is formulated to be press ready. Thoroughly mix the ink prior to printing. Clean UpUse NWC10 EZ Cleaner Storage and HandlingWM Series Metallic Ink is formulated to be press ready. Thoroughly mix the ink prior to printing. Maintain ink temperature at 65°-90°F (18°-32°C) for optimum print performance. Proper personal protection equipment is required when handling this material. Please consult the Safety Data Sheet for details on proper handling of this material. Ink taken from the press should not be returned to the original container; store separately to avoid contaminating unused ink. AdditivesDo not add any additives (ammonia, stabilizer or pH adjuster) to the ink without consulting with a Nazdar technical representative. Use water to adjust viscosity if needed. |
Performance VerificationAfter press/job set up is complete, inspect a portion of the printed web for all applicable and specified properties. These properties include but are not limited to cure, adhesion, mar and rub resistance, product resistance and gloss. These tests should be performed prior to beginning the full production run.
