68NC Series UV LED (Light Emitting Diode) Flexo Ink is specifically formulated for Tag, Label and Packaging applications. These inks have excellent rheology characteristics making them ideal for most printing equipment and product applications.
These inks were formulated for use with UV LED curing lamps of at least 16W/cm2, which have an output wavelength of 395nm.

Substrates:
Pressure sensitive vinyl's, top coated and print treated polyester, BOPP films, polyethylene, polystyrene, coated paper and board.
Surface energy of substrates should be at least 40 dynes/cm to achieve proper adhesion. The use of in-line, on press corona treatment can increase the dyne level of many substrates.
