Fluorescent pigments are powders added to screen-printing inks to produce bright, neon-like colors outside the standard color gamut. Fluorescent colors will also emit color under black lights, these colors can be further enhanced using Optical Brighteners. Fluorescent colors add high interest to graphics, but fade quickly when exposed to ultraviolet light.
