Color is critical. Studies show that people decide whether they like a product in 90 seconds or less, and 90% of that decision is based solely on color. Clients trust the Nazdar team to support their brand colors, and now, new comprehensive color management training for Nazdar staff ensures that the team can support customers even more effectively.

Travis Barcelona, Nazdar Inkjet Product Development Manager, who has successfully led over 30 PRINTING United Alliance Color Management Boot Camps, recently assisted ten members of the Nazdar team to achieve PRINTING United Digital Color Professional Qualification. The training covers color theory, additive vs. subtractive color space, CIE L*a*b*, rendering intents, the color management pyramid, spot color matching and verification, and much more.

"We want to make sure everyone on our team is knowledgeable about this material - not just technical service, but customer service, sales, marketing and more - so we're all experienced with these needs our customers face every day," says Barcelona. "We pride ourselves on always striving to be the best support in the industry, and this training helps further that goal."

Nazdar's newest Qualified Color Management Professionals include Tracey Frost, Jesus Cornejo, Fabian Ochoa, Eusebio Garcia, Javier Lopez, Benito Avila, Hector Perez, Alejandro Duran, Juan Jose Jimenez, and Efren Ramirez.

Print professionals from around the country can also become PRINTING United Alliance Digital Color Professional through a Color Management Boot Camp, hosted by Nazdar. Sessions are now being conducted virtually to accommodate COVID-19 restrictions. Learn more by visiting: https://www.nazdar.com/Color-Management-Boot-Camp.
