COMING SOON. 686 Series UV LED (Light Emitting Diode) Low Energy Cure Flexo Ink. Flexo Ink is specifically formulated for Tag, Label and Packaging applications. This ink has excellent rheology characteristics making it ideal for most printing equipment and product applications.

Plates 686 Series UV LED Flexo Ink is compatible with most UV Flexo plates currently on the market. Substrates Pressure sensitive vinyl, top coated and print treated polyester, BOPP films, polyethylene, polystyrene, coated paper & board, PETG, PVC shrink, direct thermal paper. Anilox Rolls Process Printing: 2.0 – 2.5 BCM Solid & Line Printing: 2.5 – 5.0 BCM Printing 686 Series UV LED Flexo Ink can be affected by stray UV light in and around a printing facility. Be aware of skylights, windows and overhead lights curing the ink. Light filters are recommended. Keep ink containers covered when not in use. Clean Up Use NWC20 EZ Cleaner.
