FAQ’s Q: Will product formulas or performance change? A: No changes are planned. If a raw material becomes unavailable in the future, Nazdar will provide a validated alternative with testing support to ensure the same performance and compliance. Q: “Will my product labels and SDS change?” A: As of July 13th, the items become Nazdar branded product with labeling and SDS format changing over. Screen and Narrow Web products will follow Nazdar series naming, description and other formatting as well as using Nazdar's GHS system data so there will be differences. Customers will need to review the SDS and labels. Q: “Is my price going up?” A: No changes at this time. Any future adjustments will follow our standard notice and will be communicated in a timely manner. Q: Can Nazdar support process optimization on press? A: Yes—Nazdar’s technical service can support troubleshooting and optimization to improve consistency, reduce waste, and support throughput goals. Q: Do I need to change how I order? A: Yes, you can order by emailing [email protected] , (800) 767-9942. International Orders: [email protected] 913-422-1888, x 2162 (Melody Rauch) Q: Will SKUs or product names change? A: Not at this time. If updates occur, we will provide a cross-reference and a transition period. All FUJIFILM brands and logos will be updated to Nazdar brands and logos. Q: What if I don’t already have a Nazdar account number? A: Your account manager or the Credit/Finance Team will send you instructions on how to create one. Please send your materials to [email protected]. Q: Will any products be discontinued? A: If a product is discontinued, your Nazdar sales representative or customer service team will reach out to process it. “Do I need to reapprove products?” Your existing approvals and specs remain valid. If documentation reissuance is needed, we’ll coordinate without disrupting production. “If Fuji discontinued an item, could it be available again?” It depends on the item and the reason for the discontinuation. Short term answer – the item will remain discontinued (July 13th+). Long term answer -- likely the items would remain discontinued. A review by the Commercial Team, Operations, and R&D will be coordinated by the Product Manager to determine feasibility for reactivation. This will not be considered until after July 13th and likely into August and September. Q: Why is Nazdar taking over FUJIFILM Screen & Flexographic Narrow Web products? A: Nazdar has been manufacturing these products on FUJIFILM’s behalf since 2021 and is now expanding its commitment. Screen and Narrow Web are core to Nazdar, with increased investment in R&D, technical service, and compliance.
