Nazdar Screen Ink Color Match Forms

Nazdar provides custom color matching for most of our screen ink series for a fee. Below are two forms to be downloaded and submitted to Nazdar Customer Service to process a screen ink color match.

Color Matching is based primarily on the standard items available in an ink series listed on the series’ Technical Data Sheet (TDS); the component inks are blended (Blend) to provide a customized, finished ink. When requests cannot be fulfilled as a Blend, the match could be formulated using raw materials and pigments; in these situations, the components are ground on a mill (Grind) to produce the finished ink.

Blend color matches – A 2-ounce finished ink sample or formula can be provided so that customer can weigh themselves or purchase premixed from Nazdar.

Grind color matches – A 2-ounce finished ink sample will be provided for approval. Expect longer lead times and higher costs associated with Grind color matches.

NOTE: As of January 2026, only the forms posted here will be accepted.

Screen Color Match Form for requests printed on white substrate or over a white background. This form is less complicated and geared toward Pantone® color matches.
White Background Form
Screen Color Match Form for requests that are printed on any background color and/ expected to be more complex. Depending on the complexity of the match, a 2-ounce finished ink sample or formula could be provided.
Non-White Background & Complex Form

Please note, a larger wet-ink sample is available for some ink series for an additional fee.

2. Form Submission
  • Submit to Nazdar’s Customer Service at: [email protected] with the service fee/Purchase Order.
    For International Color Match Requests please submit to [email protected]
  • Customer Service will apply a Nazdar item number to each color match item and forward the request to Nazdar’s Color Match Department.
    • Shawnee, Kansas Color Matching: the full range of Nazdar Screen Ink Series, Blends and Grind color matches, and global color match requests.
    • Atlanta, Georgia Color Matching: limited range of Nazdar Screen Inks, Blend only color matches, and US/Canada/Latin America color match requests.
